Besides many uncountable benefits, water helps flush off waste and toxic elements from our body system, especially through kidneys and bladder. A normal water intake of 8 – 10 glass a day is recommended.

Try to avoid sugary foods, salt, oil, and grain-flour products. Nothing, almost, is void sugar these days. Taking one 12-ounce can of soda daily (160 calories) through a year can increase your weight by 16 pounds. Don’t panic! You can enjoy these things in moderation; say occasionally for who can deny the pleasure of eating a favorite dish, whatever it is.
