Your Diet For Healthy Living

Your diet is one of the major contributors to your health. You are what you eat and how you eat. 9 out of every 10 people are suffering from one or other health problem. Those who have realized the value of a healthy body are looking for ways to improve their diet for healthy living. Those who still have adorned a “who cares” attitude will come later.

The reasons of all most common health related problems are our-disordered-daily-routine and eating-habits. Our forefathers were to go hunting for their hands to mouth that involved a lot of physical exercise which kept them live and healthy always.

The easy life now-a-days is giving ways to multiple body-system-disorders and health problems. Every thing is a click away, you hardly ever walk a mile or so in a week’s time, sitting long hours, disrupted sleeping schedule, un-timed eating, unhealthy foods, uncontrolled stress and so much pollution. All are adding to our destruction.

Most of our health problems can be cured or definitely improved if we correct our daily routine and take care of our body-machine as we do to our cars and computers.

Wondering what should be your diet for healthy living??

Here are few eating tips on your diet for health living that can help you avoid a lot of medical expenses and uneasiness, if adopted:

Eat Balanced Calorie Diet:

Eat enough calories, not more nor less. You can measure a right dose of it by calculating your daily calorie intake and daily calorie burn. Don’t eat more food than you need. On an average approx 2000 calories are sufficient to run a normal daily routine, but should get a more accurate figure for your age, sex, height, weight, and physical activity.

Try Variety Of Foods:

Your body is pure natural. It needs different natural ingredients to nourish. May be the food that you take often doesn’t supply all the required nutrients and minerals. Be open to variety of foods, fruits and vegetables to help your body extract the required proteins out of them.

Eat Proteins Rich Foods:

Proteins are good source of dopamine that keeps our brain alert. Use complex carbohydrates rather than simple carbohydrate that have a negative effect on your skin and its aging. Avoid too much white flour and sugar.

Your Diet Should Include Lots Of Fruits And Vegetables:

Eat more fruits, vegetables, grains, these are the source of complex carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, and minerals which are low in fat and free of cholesterol. Use fresh fruits and vegetables.

Drink More Water:

Nothing survives without water. The astronauts are getting mad searching it on one planet to another. We are 75% water, a vital part in any living thing on earth. Besides many uncountable benefits, water helps flush off waste and toxic elements from our body system, especially through kidneys and bladder. A normal water intake of 8 – 10 glass a day is recommended.
A majority of us are suffering from dehydration. So is our mother earth.

Beware! Avoid This Food:

Try to avoid sugary foods, salt, oil, and grain-flour products. Nothing, almost, is void sugar these days. Taking one 12-ounce can of soda daily (160 calories) through a year can increase your weight by 16 pounds. Don’t panic! You can enjoy these things in moderation; say occasionally for who can deny the pleasure of eating a favorite dish, whatever it is.

Get It Right Now:

There is no other pleasure greater than having a healthy body. A healthy diet can give you a health body – glowing with energy and joy. Go grab it!
