Check Your Lifestyle:
You can cancel your heart attack. With lifestyle being so clearly implicated in coronary heart disease the value of a health promoting lifestyle should be obvious. Stop smoking. Persons who smoke have a high blood pressure, have high blood lipids. At present your diet may have all the ingredients of an early death. But you can change it.

Make exercise an important part of any weight control program. Losing extra flab will not automatically make you fit. Obesity starts early in life.
