Being overweight affects your health adversely. Your outweighing body not only affects your outer presentation and performance but does considerably impact your overall health and fitness and the internal system too. Hence it is a major concern which is to be taken care of under a regular and efficient fitness regime.

There are multiple healthy reasons why you should shed some weight – like it feels good, it makes you more productive, it helps you stay more comfortable and above all avoid deadly diseases that an excess weight carries along.

Overweight people are prone to develop high blood pressure, a major risk for heart diseases and stroke. Increase in cholesterol and blood fats is directly linked with heart diseases.

Water is a good and natural way of controlling fats. Take a minimum of 8-10 glass of water a day. Replace your intakes of soft drinks and other beverages with water.
