Do not lie down on your couch and make sure you turn off all lights before reclining, to ensure that there is nothing that disturbs your sleep midway.

    So what my mom told me about the importance of sleeping 8 hours is true. We always have a fight about sleeping late, I thought she was just making up stories. Your post just gave me a wake up call about sleeping late. I always sleep late because of reading novels, I think its high time for me to change my sleeping schedule since I sleep late and arise so early.
