    Rebounding is great for so many different things, pilates is also a great way to strengthen the muscles that support your neck and shoulders. This reduces the amount of pressure that is put on your neck.

    Also postural alignment is another great way to relieve neck pain long term. By straightening out your spine and leveling your hips, your body will be much closer to the shape that it is supposed to be. Seek out a remedial massage therapist or physiotherapist and take control of your own well being.

  3. I think one of the biggest reasons for people having a sore back or neck is sitting too much. When you sit for long periods of time gravity puts pressure on your shoulders. Take breaks and go for a walk. Too many people have desk jobs and destroy their health that way.
