This removes tartar and strengthens and heals the gums. Leave the juice on the teeth for a while and then gargle with warm water.
  • Do you know that strawberries are beneficial in lowering the risk of heart attack? Yes, strawberries are rich in potassium, a mineral that helps regulate the electrolytes in your body, thereby lowering the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Strawberries also contain omega fatty acid and fibre.

  7. That is a great fact about strawberries, I mean that they can be able to remove stains and strengthen the teeth. I have never heard of other fruits that have such great value to the teeth.

  8. Thanks for this information. I love strawberries. They are also great at sweetening food without adding in loads of calories. I love to add them to green smoothies to hide the taste of greens.
